The people of Ejigbo of Lagos State were thrilled on Sunday, April 5, 2026 with the Grand Opening of a major entertainment joint, City View Bar and Lodge with a promise of customer satisfaction.
Designed to provide optimum relaxation environment to entertainment lovers, City View boasts of a Bar, Lodging, a Gym Centre, Club, and Rooftop infrastructure.
Situated at Ile-Epo Bus Stop, Ejigbo, City View Bar and Lodge remains the first of its kind in Ejigbo and it’s environs.
Speaking to journalists, Sharon Francis, the Human Resources Manager, City View Bar and Lodge, who disclosed that the centre officially opened for business on the 3rd of January, 2026, revealed the inspiration behind the establishment of the entertainment centre and the services available.
She said, “The inspiration behind City View is to make people come and feel relaxed. That was the purpose of City View.
“Here in City View we have so many things, we have a Club, we have lodging, we have rooms, we have an apartment that consists of two bedrooms with a parlour and a kitchen; and we also have a room with a parlour and a kitchen. We have games, a Gen Centre, we have so many activities and we have the Rooftop also.”
Sharon who described the Grand Opening as fantastic and awesome, projected that in the next one year, everyone should expect growth. “We will make sure we satisfy our customers, that is our priority. We will try our best to make sure things work out well for all, even to our staff, we will make sure everyone grows. So in the next one year we want to make sure everyone grows, the business, the customers, and the staff.”
Speaking on the security arrangement in the centre, Sharon said, “We have cameras everywhere, 36 cameras in all, the Gym, the passages leading to the rooms, the club, the rooftops, there are cameras, even in the kitchens, we have cameras.”
Her words for the customers, “I want to tell our customers that we love them, even the ones that have not come but they are seeing our banners somewhere or heard about us, that they are free to walk in and we promise to give them 100% customer satisfaction. We are here to make sure they are comfortable, and we are here to serve them generally.”
Prince Sunny Adewonyi, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who graced the occasion with his presence said, “I feel so happy with what is happening here today, and if we continue like this, the developmental strides in Ejigbo will double. Ejigbo is a little bit backward in terms of development, but with things like this, Ejigbo will come up in terms of development. I have not seen something like this, very massive.”
His words for the Founder of City View Bar and Lodge “I have prayed for him, I have congratulated him, we thank God, God has elevated him and God will continue to bless him in Jesus might name, amen.
“I pray the economy improves because everybody likes enjoyment, nobody wants to suffer, as I come here, I will continue to advertise this place,” he stated.
