Popular nightlife entrepreneur and social figure, Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has been appointed as the Imo State Director of the City Boy Movement (CBM), a youth-driven group backing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election ambition.
The announcement was made via the official Instagram page of the City Boy Movement, where the group praised Chief Priest’s influence and leadership capacity.
According to the statement, Cubana Chief Priest “brings experience, influence, and a people-centred approach to mobilising support” for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda.

“City Boy Movement appoints Pascal C. Okechukwu (Cubana Chief Priest), who stands as a symbol of dedication, strategic leadership, and unwavering commitment to the growth of the City Boy Movement.
“In his new role, Chief Priest is expected to drive grassroots mobilisation, strengthen party structures, and further the objectives of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“With a clear vision for progress and unity, Imo State remains firmly positioned for inclusive development, effective leadership, and sustained political engagement. Together, we move forward stronger, focused, and united.”
His appointment is seen as part of efforts to deepen youth engagement and grassroots political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
