Nigeria has been foretold to rise as a global leader in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), according to a new prophecy by Primate Elijah Ayodele, the Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church. The cleric emphasized that Nigeria’s youth population one of the youngest and most tech-savvy in the world holds the key to unlocking this prophecy. He urged both government and private-sector stakeholders to take deliberate actions that will accelerate this digital rise. These actions, he noted, include massive investment in ICT education, the expansion of innovation hubs, the upgrading of digital infrastructure, and strategic improvement in cybersecurity frameworks.
Primate Ayodele stressed that Nigeria’s digital future is tied to the quality of decisions made today. He cautioned that if the nation fails to harness its youth potential, the prophecy may be delayed or lost to more prepared nations.
