In an inspiring show of compassion and leadership, Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has transformed the destinies of eight young Nigerians who were once roadside hooligans giving them a new purpose and hope for a better life.
During the Sunday service on October 26, 2025, at the church’s headquarters in Oke-Afa, Lagos, the globally respected prophet didn’t just preach repentance he demonstrated it through action. Primate Ayodele embraced the young men, welcomed them into God’s fold, and pledged to become a father figure who would guide and support their transformation journey.
When asked about their dreams, the youths expressed interest in learning tailoring, barbing, fashion design, and shoemaking. Moved by their determination to start afresh, Primate Ayodele promised to provide accommodation, new clothing, and financial assistance to help them begin their chosen trades.
He reminded them that God’s mercy gives everyone a second chance and urged them not to return to their old ways but to stay focused on building a better future.
